Specifically, this conference will:

- Examine what the engineering and technology sector will look like in 10 years time, and how to address the level 3 to 5 STEM skills challenges facing the industry and skills sector
- Consider the implications of key policy developments and targets outlined in the Leitch Review of Skills, the Education and Training Bill, the 2007 Budget and CSR07
